From the I-75/85 Connector take the Freedom Pkwy/International Blvd Exit toward the Carter Center Exit 248C
Continue towards GA-42 EAST/CARTER CENTER (a fork in the road towards the right). Continue on E Freedrom Pkwy. Turn Left on N Highland Ave. Manuel’s is 1/10 of a mile on the left.

Time: 6-9 pm. Stop in whenever you can.
