Meeting Topic
The meeting will be a plant tour of the manufacturing facility that does conversions of Dodge Minivans to adapt them to make them wheelchair accessible. This involves lowering the floor of the van by ten inches and installing powered ramps, hand controls and other special equipment. Bob Boston, Rip Dudley and Chris Legault will give us a tour and show us how they customize the vans to meet the needs of the disabled. More information at http://www.amsvans.com
